Firefly Trail at Old Winterville Road Closure

The Firefly Trail at Old Winterville Road will be closed due to construction until further notice.  
 

Oconee Street Greenway / Firefly Trail Crosswalk Closure  
Effective Nov. 18 until Further Notice | Posted: 11:36 AM 11/13/2019 
The crosswalk at Oconee Street between the Greenway and Firefly Trails will be closed November 18, 2019 until January 2020.  Due to the nature of the construction, no temporary access route through the construction area will be permitted.  Pedestrians and cyclists are encouraged to use the nearest traffic signals to cross Oconee Street. (.2 miles east at Barnett Shoals Road and .5 miles west at Poplar Street)

Cook’s Trail Trail Closure  
Effective Until Further Notice, Closed Indefinitely Facility 068 | Posted: 3:09 PM 1/8/2019 
Due to the wet weather and flooding along Sandy Creek, Cook’s Trail is closed until further notice.  There has been extensive damage to boardwalks and bridges.  Boardwalks will have to be rebuilt.
