Request:  The COA is a request to update the elevations for 130 & 140 E. Washington St. and 131 E. Clayton Street. Exterior siding will change from tile to brick veneer. Exterior trim will add steel elements to the painted wood. Windows will go from direct set I.G to aluminum storefront and doors go from wood to aluminum storefront No additional changes are requested.

2. 495 Satula Avenue – New Construction

Request:  The COA is a request for a new construction of a Single Family House. The house will be 2,494 sq ft. a 560 sq ft porch and 358 sq ft patio. Siding will be fiber cement, a mix of mostly lap with some board and batton on the rear addition. Roofing will be a mix of grand-rib metal in old town gray with architectural shingles. Windows of wood or wood composite. Doors will be wood where covered or fiber glass where exposed. Foundation on the front portion of the house will be block with stucco. The rear portion of the home will be on a slab. The chimney will be stuccoed.
