We are delighted to be exhibiting in our lobby case, a selection of artist-made birdhouses to benefit Athens Area Habitat for Humanity. The Birdhouse Auction is scheduled for April 14 at the Botanical Gardens. So, stop by the Arts Center to preview these wonderful birdhouses that will be auctioned off in support of Habitat!

An exhibition of nine large-scale paintings created for Art Decko: a public art project organized by the Athens Area Arts Council (AAAC). The panels will be permanently displayed in the College Avenue Parking Deck (downtown Athens) following the exhibition at Creature Comforts. 

On Sunday, April 8 for a special showcase of visual art and local music in celebration of the Art
Decko project!

Picturing the Black Fantastic Call for Submissions: Works that acknowledge the past while creating a space for the myriad realities that may be, and complicate the notion of the singular Black narrative.

Original artworks in any visual media may be entered.

The Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development, UGA School of Education, is excited to announce Didi Dunphy as the 2018 Torrance Lecturer. 
In this lecture, Didi will discuss her arts engagement from the design line of recess inspired objects, her time-based art teaching style, and her thoughtful exhibition curation.
