Request:  Approval of a rezone is requested for portions of two properties at 900 & 925 US Hwy 29 North. The parcels are currently zoned C-R (Commercial-Rural). The request is to rezone parts of each of the larger two tracts to C-G (Commercial-General), the total area is 21.41 acres that lie on the eastern and western sides of Hwy 29.
