COVID-19 UPDATE (April 6): ACCGOV Stormwater Management Operating with Limited Services

The ACCGOV Stormwater Management Program will continue to operate with limited services until further notice. Our office is currently closed to the public and we will not be accepting in-person visits. If you need to make a Stormwater Utility Bill payment, we ask all customers to consider using our online payment software to minimize chances of COVID-19 transmission. There are no additional processing fees for the customer when paying online. You must have your Billing Account number to create an account or make a one-time payment online.

If you would like to drop off a payment in person, please visit the ACCGOV Water Business Office at 124 E. Hancock Avenue. Although they are currently closed for in-person transactions, there are secure drop boxes on site. Please include your Stormwater Billing Account number on all written checks.

Although in-person office hours are currently limited, our Billing Customer Service Representatives are accessible by phone and email from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
