COVID-19 UPDATE (March 30): ACCGOV Stormwater Management Operating with Limited Services

The ACCGOV Stormwater Management Program will continue to operate with limited services during the week of March 30-April 3. Our office is currently closed to the public and we will not be accepting in-person visits. If you need to make a Stormwater Utility Bill payment, we ask all customers to consider using our online payment software to minimize chances of COVID-19 transmission. You must have your Billing Account number to create an account or make a one-time payment online.

If you would like to drop off a payment in person, please visit the ACCGOV Water Business Office at 124 E. Hancock Avenue. Although they are currently closed for in-person transactions, there are secure drop boxes on site. Please include your Stormwater Billing Account number on all written checks.

Although in-person office hours are currently limited, our Billing Customer Service Representatives are accessible by phone and email from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
