Each camper must have a medical form on file which includes medication authorization. The only medications that will be administered to campers will be the ones provided by the parent and authorized in writing to disburse. Please pack medications separately and label them with the camper's full name. You will be asked to deliver them to the camp supervisor upon arrival at camp.
If there are any special conditions specific to your child's health, such as allergies, food restrictions, or medication instructions, you must list them. Parent/guardian must complete the required form onsite at the camp location on the first day of camp.
