Athens' only downtown park, the seven-acre Lay Park is equipped with a gymnasium, full-service kitchen, multi-purpose rooms, game room, fitness room, dance room, a library, arts and crafts room, picnic shelter, playground, and much more.
The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department has online registration for programs for adults and children. All programs are open to Athens-Clarke County residents and non county residents.
Winter 2018-19 registration begins Saturday, November 10 at 9:00 a.m. for ACC residents. Non-residents may register starting Monday, November 12 at noon. All registration takes place at www.accgov.com/leisure
Those wishing to apply for or renew a scholarship, must do so at least five business day prior to registering for a camp or program.
