If you have an emergency, such as an animal bite, a seriously sick or injured animal, or an animal trapped inside a living space of a home, call 706-613-3540 during business hours or 911 after hours.

Starting Sunday, June 10, the shelter will be closed on Sundays to visitors and animal drop-offs. We will continue to schedule adoptions and reclaims by appointment. Volunteers who have completed a volunteer orientation class may come on Sundays. We will return to normal shelter hours as soon as possible.
