In accordance with Supreme Court Chief Justice Harold Melton’s recent extension of his March 14, 2020 Judicial Emergency Order, all non-essential matters, both criminal and civil, shall be suspended in all Georgia Superior Court courtrooms until May 13, 2020. With regard to Judge Lott’s courtroom, and in accordance with Justice Melton’s Order, all matters shall be considered continued by direction of this Court, and all matters involving a sensitive time due date shall be tolled until further Order of the Georgia Supreme Court. With regard to essential matters, if an individual’s health and safety is an emergency, please either call Ms. Kelli Bardner at (706) 310-3606 or (706) 613-3185, as all calls are connected immediately to her remote assistance phone, or email Ms. Bardner at: firstname.lastname@example.org. All emergency matters will be handled in accordance with Justice Melton’s Orders.
Judge Lott can schedule and hear non-essential civil matters only under the following circumstance: both parties must agree to have the matter heard electronically, via the Starleaf or Webex programs, and in accordance with Justice Melton’s Orders.

Judge Lisa Lott
Judge Lott presides in the Superior Court of the Western Judicial Circuit, which covers Athens-Clarke County and Oconee County. The Superior Courts are Georgia’s highest level trial courts of general jurisdiction, with exclusive constitutional authority over felony criminal cases, family law cases, equity matters, and other actions.
Judge Lott was sworn-in December 28, 2018.
