What are the visitation hours at the Clarke County Jail?

Visitation Hours

The inmate must be processed through intake and the orientation unit and placed in a housing unit before they
can have visitors. This may be up to 72 hours from the time they are booked into the jail. Visitors must register to visit on each visiting day within the following time periods:

Schedule

Monday through Friday           9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.                    
                                                1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
                                                7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday              11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
                                                 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.


Inmate Worker Visitation

Inmate Workers shall be allowed to have contact visits according to the schedule below. Contact visits shall be
conducted in the Central Programs Classroom Visitors should arrive 15 minutes before visitation begins
to register. Inmate worker visitors may visit for the 1 hour visitation period.

Male Workers: Saturday - 1 :00 - 2:00 p.m.

Female Workers: Sunday - 1 :00 - 2:00 p.m.
