Parent & Tots (12 months-24 months)
A great class for mom, dad, and/or caregivers to come and play with their tots as they help them learn basic motor skills through simple gymnastics done on scaled down equipment built just for little ones.Students must be walking. The length of the class is 45 minutes.
Gym Tots (2.6 years)
This is a special class for students age 2.6 years. A child participation only class designed to teach motor and listening skills through basic locomotion and gymnastics in a fun personable environment. Must be potty trained. The length of the class is 55 minutes.
Tumble Tots (3 & 4 years)
These classes are designed to help boys and girls develop coordination and physical fitness through basic motor and gymnastics skills. Students will learn special activities with the use of gymnastics equipment fitted to their small size. The length of the class is 55 minutes.
Kindergym (4 years)
These classes are designed to help boys and girls develop coordination and physical fitness through basic locomotor and gymnastics skills. Specific activities, along with the use of gymnastics equipment will be geared for each group. The length of the class is 55 minutes.
Girls Gymnastics (5 years & up)
These classes for girls are structured to teach correct gymnastics progression on all four female events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise) with emphasis on flexibility, strength, and coordination. The length of the class is 55 minutes.
Advance Progressive Gymnastics (4 years & older)
The advanced gymnast must be recommended and/or evaluated to participate in these classes. Evaluations occur twice per year. The Rec League is a fun, recreational league for girls' competitive gymnastics. Please visit our to learn more!
Boys Gymnastics (6-8 years)
Boys will work on floor, rings, vault, parallel bars, high bar and tumbl trak. Emphasis will be placed on increasing strength, flexibility, and coordination through basic gymnastics skills. The length of the class is 55 minutes.
Ninja Warriors (6 - 12 years)
These classes are designed to teach basic agility to boys and girls through challenging obstacle courses. Participants will develop discipline, strength, coordination, and confidence. The length of the class is 55 minutes.
Youth Tumbling (9 -11 years)
This is an exciting class for boys and girls nine to 11 years of age! In this class, students will enjoy learning tumbling skills from beginner to advance. So, if your son and/or daughter has been wanting to learn that back handspring, this is the class for him/her! The class is 55 minutes long.
Teen Tumbling (12-16 years)
Calling all students with an interest in learning how to tumble! You will flip over this class! All levels are welcomed. This is a drop-in class where the participant pays by the class. The length of the class is one hour and 25 minutes long.
Adult Tumbling (17 years & older)
This class is for former gymnasts, cheerleaders, and anyone with an interest in learning how to tumble or wanting to brush up on their tumbling skills. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, come out and enjoy some great exercise. This is a drop-in class where the participant pays by the class. The length of the class is one hour and 25 minutes long.
