A flexible spending medical reimbursement account benefit is available with a participant contribution requirement of $120 minimum to $2,500 maximum. FSA is a pre-tax deduction, which can be used to reimburse oneself for eligible, out-of-pocket health care expenses. The purpose of the FSA’s is to cover most out-of-pocket expenses not covered under your medical, dental or vision plan. Eligible expenses, such as dental, medical, vision, prescriptions, and over-the-counter medications, must be incurred during July 1st and June 30th of the plan year.
