Spring 2017 online program registration continues...

Those who do not have access to a computer may visit the computer labs at East Athens Community Center at 400 McKinley Dr., Lay Park at 297 Hoyt St., or Rocksprings Park at 291 Henderson Ext.  These computer labs will be open to the public during regular hours of operation.

Those wishing to apply for or renew a scholarship must do so at least five business days prior to registration.  All scholarships expire June 30 and must be renewed.

Athens-Clarke County is regularly featured on national lists of great places to visit and live. One reason is the wide variety of outstanding programs, parks, and facilities offered through the Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department.

Quality and diversity of programming have earned the Department multiple annual awards from the Georgia Recreation and Park Association, including Agency of the Year Award seven out of the past eleven years.

So, explore more than 2,000 acres of parks and open spaces, celebrate the arts and nature, participate in sports and athletic activities, take a class, go to camp, or just have a picnic with the family. Whatever your recreation interest, it is likely found within the Leisure Services Department.
